Julia M. Spitz serves as Executive Vice President  for Savarino Properties since it was formed in September of 2009.  In this capacity, she is responsible for the oversight of 2,000,000 square feet and day-to-day operations of 250,000 square feet of commercial, residential and retail space.  Ms. Spitz is a Licensed NYS Real Estate Salesperson & a Licensed Property Manager, as well as an active Member of the Builders, Operators & Managers Association of Buffalo.

Ms. Spitz is active in many civic and non-profit organizations including: East Hill Foundation (Board Member), Girls on the Run Buffalo (Board Member & Assistant Coach), Explore & More Children's Museum (Touch-A-Truck co-chair & past Board Member), Bison Children's Scholarship Fund (Former Luncheon Committee member), 21st Century Fund (Member), American Red Cross (former Board Member & Disaster Action Team Volunteer), Buffalo Hearing & Speech Center (former Golf Tournament & Gala Committee Member).  Julia is graduate of the 2016 class of Leadership Niagara & 2013 class of Leadership Buffalo.  She also graduated from the United Way of Buffalo & Erie County Board Leadership Program Class in 2006.

In honor of her accomplishments, Ms. Spitz has been named a 'Woman of Distinction' by Girl Scouts of Western New York in 2016, a 'Spotlight Professional' by Buffalo Niagara Partnership in 2015 & elected into the inaugural class of Business First's '30 Under 30' in 2014.

Ms. Spitz is a Cum Laude graduate of Canisius College Class of 2005 with a degree in Business Administration.
