Savarino Companies provided project development services and served as Construction Manager at Risk for the historic adaptive reuse of the former F.N. Burt Paper Box Factory into a 380,000-square-foot, mixed-use facility. It features 150,000 square feet of Class A office space, 98 market-rate apartments, and a mix of retail uses and amenities that includes a distillery, wine purveyor, fitness center, canine daycare, hair salon, massage therapy salon, and restaurants.

Savarino Properties now serves as the property manager.

A component of the project included remediation of the site through the NYS Brownfield Cleanup Program. Federal and NYS Historic Tax Credits, and NYS Brownfield Tax Credits were utilized for project funding.
