49 Illinois Street, Buffalo, New York 800,000Savarino served as Developer and General Contractor for the renovation of a vacant building in Buffalo’s Historic Cobblestone District.
The 8,400-square-foot, two-story building was transformed into a bar and live music venue with a capacity for 400 patrons. It features a full bar, stage, patio and full kitchen. The front of the building has a roll-up door that opens to the street and a side-alley seating area, creating a connection to outdoor spaces during the summer months.
