Helium Comedy Club
30 Mississippi Street, Buffalo, New York 500,000Savarino Companies served as Developer and General Contractor to construct this new comedy club and restaurant in downtown Buffalo. The project consisted of the adaptive-reuse of a former single-story warehouse building to create Helium Comedy Club and Elements Night Club and Restaurant in Buffalo’s historic Cobblestone District.
Savarino Properties now serves as the property manager.
