621 Payne Avenue, North Tonawanda, NY 24,000,000Savarino is retained as general contractor for the historic renovation of a former middle school into 85 senior apartment units. Capital sources for the project include federal and New York State Historic Tax Credits, 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits and financing provided through New York State Housing Finance Agency. Silvestri Architects is serving as project architect.
