Oakwood Senior Apartments
Blasdell, New York 9,000,000Savarino served as General Contractor for the renovation of the historic former Our Lady of Good Counsel church school into 33 affordable apartments for seniors. Funding was provided through Low Income Housing Tax Credits issued through NYS Homes and Community Renewal and federal and NYS Historic Tax Credits.
In addition to being General Contractor Savarino provided development services and acquired the property through an affiliate in order to facilitate the project.
