Main features of the work included abatement of hazardous materials disturbed by the project; removal and replacement of curtain wall systems, storefront entry systems and exterior metal wall panels; complete removal and replacement of roofing systems and enhancement of structural framing at roof perimeter overhangs, and the construction of lightning protection system.
