Savarino Companies served as General Contractor for the renovations to SUNY Brockport Allen Administration Building, which remained occupied during the entire construction phase.

Work included asbestos abatement and demolition of windows, ceilings, walls, flooring, and pipe insulation; Complete removal and replacement of existing roofing systems, and temporary relocation of rooftop telecommunication equipment; Exterior concrete and masonry repairs; Removal and replacement of storefront window systems and entrance canopies; And removal and replacement of perimeter mechanical piping and water pump systems.
