SUNY Fredonia Houghton Hall
Fredonia, NY 15,600,000Savarino Companies served as General Contractor for the interior fit-out construction of the basement, first floor and second floor of SUNY Fredonia Houghton Hall, complete with new teaching laboratories, research laboratories, student lounges, conference rooms, offices, and support spaces.
The project’s environmental goals included achieving LEED 2009 New Construction Silver rating and other significant components of the work include full removal and replacement of the existing roofing system down to structure, including wood blocking, hatches, skylights, sealants, and drains; renovation of a hydraulic elevator; and site demolition, new utility connections, new paving, and landscaping.
